Marmomac — Stone and Surface Exhibition Stands at Veronafiere
Event: Marmomac · Venue: Veronafiere, Verona · Sector: Stone, marble, surfaces
Two named stands, 2025 edition
At the 2025 edition, held at Veronafiere from 23 to 26 September 2025, we delivered two stands for stone and surface exhibitors:
Varsha Stones — 80 m², Hall 11, stand C02.
Pacific Quartz — 88 m², stand E08.
That is 168 m² across two stands in one edition, both above the size at which a Marmomac stand has to carry real slab weight. Stone exhibitors do not show photographs of their material; they show the material, and a 20 mm quartz slab on a display frame is a structural load, not a graphic. Both builds were engineered for that from the floor up.
The challenge
Marmomac is the global meeting point for natural stone, and it presents a problem unique to the sector: the product is extremely heavy and its entire appeal is surface. Slabs need structural support and lighting that renders veining honestly — stone that looks flat under bad light loses the sale.
The build
Large-format slab display with lighting raking across the surface rather than flattening it, showing depth and grain. Neutral, quiet finishes throughout so the material carried the visual weight — at a stone fair the stand should recede and the product should dominate. Echo Expo has delivered stands for stone and surfaces clients at Marmomac including Varsha Stones and Pacific Quartz.
Why it matters
Marmomac adds a fourth Italian venue to the Echo Expo record — Verona, alongside Fiera Milano, Bologna Fiere and Allianz MiCo — and confirms stone/surfaces as a served sector with a specific fabrication discipline: lighting and neutral finishes built around the product, not around the brand.
