What happens next. Send us the event, your stand size, the hall or booth number, and your design if you already have one. We return an itemised quotation covering construction, furniture, electrics, graphics, freight and installation, normally within a few working days. If you do not have a design yet, we produce a free 3D concept first and quote against it.

What the quotation includes. Every element is priced separately: stand structure and flooring, graphics production, furniture, lighting, AV and LED, freight and customs clearance, installation, on-site supervision and dismantling. Nothing appears as a surprise extra during build-up.

Who builds it. We fabricate in our own workshops in Milan and Casablanca and install with our own team, so the people who quote your stand are the people who build it. We deliver across Europe and the Middle East, at venues including Fiera Milano, Messe Frankfurt, Deutsche Messe Hannover, Fira Barcelona, IFEMA Madrid, Bologna Fiere and Veronafiere.

What to send us, and why each item changes the price

A quotation is only as good as the brief behind it. These six things let us price a stand properly instead of guessing, and every one of them moves the number.

1. The show, the hall and the stand number

Not just the show name. The hall decides the rules — ceiling height, rigging points, floor loading, whether there is a goods lift and how far it is from the loading bay. A first-floor stand costs more to build than a ground-floor stand of the same size, because everything arrives by lift on someone else’s schedule.

2. The area and how many sides are open

36 m² in a row of stands and 36 m² on a corner are different jobs. An island open on four sides has no back wall to hang anything on, so storage, graphics and the technical rack all have to be designed into the middle of the space.

3. What has to happen on the stand

Private meeting rooms, a bar, a demonstration area, heavy product on the floor, a storeroom that locks. Tell us the awkward one first. A 400 kg machine or a product that needs water changes the structure, not the decoration.

4. Your graphics and brand assets

Vector logos and print-resolution images. If they do not exist yet, say so — it is a normal answer and we plan for it rather than discovering it three weeks out.

5. Whether the stand is used once or several times

A stand built to be reused is engineered differently from one built for a single show. It costs more the first time and much less every time after. If you exhibit three times a year, say so at the quotation stage — not after the first build.

6. Your deadline, honestly

Not the show date — the date your organiser closes orders. Most venues stop taking electrical and rigging orders around three weeks before the show and charge a surcharge after that. At Messe Frankfurt, for example, the cut-off is 22 days and late orders carry a 25% express surcharge.

What an itemised quotation from us actually contains

Not a single figure with “stand build” written next to it. Every quotation we issue is broken down so you can see what you are paying for and remove anything you do not want:

• Design and 3D visualisation — plan, elevations and photorealistic renders before anything is cut
• Structure — walls, ceiling elements, raised floor if any, by material and finish
• Graphics — panel by panel, with the print method named
• Furniture, lighting, AV and LED — listed as individual items, hire or purchase stated
• Freight and customs — road or sea, ATA Carnet where it applies
• Installation and dismantling — crew, days, and who supervises
• Venue services — electrical connection in kW, water, compressed air, rigging

If a line is not in the quotation, it is not in the price. That is the point of itemising it.

Common questions before you ask for a quotation

Do you charge for the design?

No. Design and 3D visualisation come with the quotation. You see the stand before you commit to it.

Can you quote if I do not know my stand number yet?

Yes. Give us the show, the area and how many sides are open, and we will quote on that. The stand number changes details, not the shape of the price.

Will you work to a budget I give you?

Do you handle the venue paperwork?

What if my show is in three weeks?

Tell us immediately rather than filling in a form. Short lead times are possible; they are only impossible once the organiser’s ordering deadline has passed.
