The problem three stands at one show actually creates
It isn't fabrication — it's simultaneity. Three stands in three different halls share one build-up window, one set of hall access slots, one crew pool and one delivery route. Hall 6, Hall 1 and Hall 4 at Fiera Milano are not adjacent. Materials can't be staged in one place, and a crew finishing in Hall 6 isn't instantly useful in Hall 4. Everything sequences backwards from one immovable fact: doors open 8 October, and all three stands have to be finished, lit and clean.
Two of the exhibitors
Two of the three stands were built for Ausun Pharm (Zhejiang Ausun Pharmaceutical) and Spring Bio Solution, both active-ingredient manufacturers supplying the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical chain.
The Ausun Pharm stand was built around a long suspended overhead fascia carrying the brand across the aisle at height — the single most effective move in a hall like Fiera Milano’s pharma halls, where sightlines run long and stands compete at eye level. Beneath it, an open meeting floor with a run of seated tables handled the volume of scheduled meetings that CPHI generates for an ingredients supplier.
Spring Bio Solution took a different route: a deep green and red corner structure with the brand mark illuminated above the fascia, and a wall of framed certifications facing the aisle. For a supplier selling on regulatory credibility, putting the paperwork at eye height is a design decision, not a decorative one.
Why it matters
CPHI is pharma's principal European meeting point, and pharma buyers are among the most compliance-sensitive segments Echo Expo serves. Three concurrent stands at one edition is a project-management credential most contractors can't match honestly — and unlike a general capacity claim, it's checkable against real booth numbers.
