Where We Build: Italy's Key Exhibition Venues
- Fiera Milano (Rho) — one of Europe's largest exhibition complexes, host to Salone del Mobile, Host Milano, CPHI and EICMA. We build here regularly: a 100 m² stand for Jaipur Rugs at Salone del Mobile across booths C10 and C12, Pavilion 1, built with a recycled timber structure, natural walls and recycled carpet; and three stands at a single CPHI edition — 42 m² (Hall 6, F4), 63 m² (1B82) and 36 m² (4B33).
- Bologna Fiere — home to Cosmoprof, SANA and other cosmetics, wellness and industrial exhibitions, with strict hall access scheduling. We have delivered a 32 m² stand at Cosmoprof Bologna.
- Veronafiere — known for Vinitaly and for Marmomac, the world's leading stone and marble exhibition, where we build for stone and surface exhibitors. Slab display needs lighting that rakes across the surface to show veining honestly, and structure that carries the weight.
- Fiera di Padova — used for regional B2B and industrial exhibitions across northern Italy.

Twenty minutes from Rho is not a marketing line
Almost every stand builder selling into Milan is shipping in from somewhere else. Our workshop is in Corsico, inside the Milan ring.
What that buys you is not convenience, it is a second attempt. A change agreed on Tuesday is cut on Wednesday and fitted on Thursday. A panel damaged in transit is remade the same night instead of being patched on the stand. When a client walks the stand the evening before opening and wants something moved, it moves.
A contractor two countries away can only tell you it is too late.
Not only trade fairs
At Rossana Orlandi during Milan Design Week we built a three-room craft exhibition for the Korea Craft & Design Foundation — recessed illuminated display cases in a heritage building with no loading bay, no rigging points and no hall services. Everything was made off site, sized to pass through existing doorways and assembled by hand.
Almost no stand contractor does museum-grade work, and it is the clearest proof of what our workshop can finish to.
Freight, Customs & VAT: What Exhibitors Should Know
As an EU member state, Italy allows free movement of goods for exhibitors shipping from within the EU, but companies shipping stand materials from outside the EU still need an ATA Carnet or standard import documentation, plus awareness of Italian VAT rules on temporary imports and any goods sold on-site.
