Freight & Customs
As an EU member state, Portugal allows free movement of goods for EU-origin shipments. Non-EU shipments require standard customs documentation or an ATA Carnet for reusable stand materials. We recommend starting logistics planning 8 weeks ahead for EU shipments, and 10 weeks for non-EU origin freight.

Yes. We design and quote these differently. Tech-facing shows generally need compact, story-driven builds while industrial fairs need more conventional product display space.
