The challenge

Vitafoods Europe is the global meeting point for the nutraceutical industry, and Fira Barcelona runs tight build-up windows. Echo Expo was contracted by six separate exhibitors for the same edition — six designs, six briefs, six sets of graphics, all needing to be finished and lit before the same doors opened on 5 May. Six simultaneous builds at one international venue is a scheduling problem before it is a fabrication problem: crews, materials, deliveries and hall access all have to be sequenced so no stand competes with another for the same resource on the same morning.

The delivery

Build-up ran on 4 May; all six stands were complete, lit and staffed when the show opened on 5 May. Echo Expo handled design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, AV, freight to Barcelona, installation and dismantling across all six.

Why it matters

Most contractors quote one stand per show. Delivering six in parallel — to six different briefs, at one venue, to one deadline — is a capacity and project-management claim very few competitors can make honestly.

Two further exhibitors at Vitafoods Europe

Beyond the six stands delivered in parallel for the 2026 edition, Echo Expo has also built at Vitafoods Europe for Accent Microcell and Sigachi, both ingredient manufacturers serving the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical supply chain. Sigachi’s stand carried the reference 3K251 and Accent Microcell’s 3L260 — adjacent blocks in the same hall.

Both were delivered as modular builds. For an ingredients supplier exhibiting across several shows a year, a modular system is the practical choice: the structure is reconfigured and reused between editions rather than rebuilt from scratch, which is the same logic behind the one design, three events project in Switzerland.

Together with Sudeep Nutrition, that makes Vitafoods Europe the single event where Echo Expo has the most documented exhibitors — a useful reference point for any nutraceutical brand booking the show.
