Delivered for EVA Pharma by the team that now designs and fabricates under the Echo Expo name. Echo Expo SARL was founded in 2025 by a team carrying over 20 years of hands-on exhibition experience.

The thing worth noticing is the pattern, not the stands
Any contractor can win a stand. Winning the same client four times, in four cities, across two years, is a different claim — and it is the one a procurement officer is actually testing for.
Note the sequence: Stockholm at 25 m², Barcelona at 28 m², Hamburg at 34 m². The footprint grew with each edition. Clients do not increase their stand size with a contractor who disappointed them the year before.
A medical congress is not a trade fair
Three of these four were scientific congresses, and they behave nothing like an industrial exhibition. Getting that wrong is the most common mistake at EASD or ESCEO.
- The visitor is a clinician, not a buyer. Nobody is signing an order on the stand. The stand exists to start a conversation with a prescriber, which means seating and quiet, not counters and queues
- Compliance governs the graphics. Pharmaceutical promotion at a European congress runs under strict rules on claims, indications and audience. The stand must be buildable around approved artwork that often lands late
- The schedule is brutal and short. Congress halls are booked tightly around scientific sessions. Build-up windows are narrower than at a trade fair, and overruns are not tolerated
- Restraint reads as credibility. A loud stand at a diabetes congress undermines the exhibitor. Material quality and lighting do the work that colour and scale would do elsewhere
Why it matters
This is the deepest client relationship in our record: four projects, four cities, three countries. It sits alongside our other repeat relationships — Sudeep across CPHI, Fi Europe and Vitafoods, and three consecutive Cosmoprof editions.
It also adds Sweden and the medical congress circuit to a pharmaceutical record that already covers CPHI Milan and the IAS Conference in Kigali.

Frequently asked questions
Does Echo Expo build for pharmaceutical clients?
Extensively. EVA Pharma across four projects, Sudeep across CPHI, Fi Europe and Vitafoods, Hetero Labs in Kigali, and multiple exhibitors at CPHI Milan.
Do you build at medical and scientific congresses?
Yes — EASD in Stockholm and Hamburg, ESCEO in Barcelona, the IAS Conference in Kigali and ESCP in Thessaloniki. Congress builds are a different discipline from trade fairs and we treat them that way.
Can you deliver the same client across several countries?
That is most of what we do. EVA Pharma in Sweden, Spain and Germany; Sudeep across Italy, Germany, France and Spain.
Exhibiting at a congress in Europe?
Tell us the congress and the dates and we will quote it — info@echoexpo.site.
