Echo Expo SARL is an exhibition stand contractor with in-house production, not a broker. We design, fabricate, ship and install from our own workshops in Milan, Italy and Casablanca, Morocco, which is why one team stays with a project from the first sketch through to dismantle. Our Milan facility serves builds across Italy and central Europe; Casablanca handles fabrication for North Africa and supports European projects with joinery, metalwork and graphics production.

We build regularly at Fiera Milano, Bologna Fiere, Veronafiere, Messe Frankfurt, Deutsche Messe Hannover, Fira Barcelona Gran Via and IFEMA Madrid, and deliver across Europe and the Middle East.

What happens after you make contact

The questions we get asked most
Do you actually build the stands, or subcontract them?
We build them. Two production sites — Corsico near Milan and Casablanca — with carpentry, metalwork, painting and finishing in house. The people who make the stand are the people standing on it during build-up.
Which countries do you work in?
We have delivered in twelve: Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, Greece, Sweden, the Netherlands, Monaco, Morocco, Senegal and Rwanda. Stands from 9 to 228 m².
Can you handle more than one stand at the same show?
Yes. Three at a single Fi Europe edition in Frankfurt, nine at CPHI Milan across six halls, and sixty-seven in one pavilion at SIEMA Casablanca.
Do you speak our language?
English, French, Italian and Arabic across the team.
What do you need from us to start?
Show, area, number of open sides. Everything else can follow — see what to send with a quotation request.
Do you store stands between shows?
Yes, at both production sites, and we handle the freight in and out. See freight, customs and storage.

Before you contact Echo Expo, check three things
The three details that change a quotation more than anything else are the hall, the number of open sides and the organiser’s ordering deadline. Ceiling height, rigging permission and floor loading are set by the venue, not by us — Fiera Milano publishes them per hall at fieramilano.it, and every organiser does the same. Send those with your enquiry and the first reply you get from us is a real answer rather than a list of questions.
