Who answers, and how fast
Messages go to the people who build the stands, not to a shared inbox that forwards them on. Enquiries in working hours are normally answered the same day; anything sent over a weekend is answered on Monday morning.

Which message gets the fastest useful answer
There is no wrong way to make contact, but some messages can be answered properly first time and some cannot.
If you are planning a stand
Send the show, the stand area and how many sides are open. Those three facts are enough for a budget indication the same day. Everything else can follow.
If you are already exhibiting and something has gone wrong
Call rather than email, and say which hall you are standing in. During build-up weeks somebody is usually on a show floor somewhere in Europe and can tell you in two minutes whether a thing is fixable before doors open.
If you are an organiser or a venue
Email is best. We work as an approved contractor at venues across Europe and North Africa and can supply insurance, method statements and risk assessments on request.
If you are a supplier or a freelance installer
Email with what you do and where you are based. We keep a list of installers by city and use it when a build needs extra hands locally.
Where we are, and why it matters
The workshop is in Corsico, twenty minutes from Fiera Milano Rho, and within a day’s drive of Frankfurt, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Paris, Lille, Barcelona and Geneva. Production in Casablanca covers Morocco and West Africa.
That geography is the reason a change agreed on a Tuesday can be cut on Wednesday and fitted on Thursday. A contractor two countries away can only tell you it is too late.
