EVS Mobility Expo stand build: three stands, one day
EVS Mobility Expo Morocco brings motorcycle, scooter and electric-vehicle makers to Casablanca. Three Chinese manufacturers therefore booked a custom EVS Mobility Expo stand each with us: WANGYE Motorcycle on 54 m², and HUAWIN and ZHENGHAO on 36 m² each.
However, the organiser’s build-up window ran over three days. Our crew built all three stands in one day. As a result, the following day was completely free for the exhibitors. They unpacked, rolled their motorcycles onto finished floors, and arranged every vehicle without a single fitter or ladder in the way. Everyone was happy, and that free day is the part of this project we are proudest of.
What each EVS Mobility Expo stand included
| Stand | As built |
|---|---|
| WANGYE Motorcycle Stand C09 · 54 m² (9 × 6 m) · 4 m |
Silver aluminium EUROTRUSS 30 × 30 cm truss frame; three suspended fascia banners; timber back wall with a tensioned fabric graphic; three black panels with 3D cut-out letters; vinyl logo on timber; lockable reception counter (1500 × 550 × 1000 mm) with a branded front; 16 square LED panel lights; grey carpet |
| HUAWIN Stands H07–H08 · 36 m² (6 × 6 m) · 4 m |
Timber back wall with a tensioned fabric graphic; L-shaped reception counter with a branded wrap; five free-standing signage stands; five LED panel lights; grey carpet |
| ZHENGHAO Stands C17–C18 · 36 m² (6 × 6 m) · 4 m |
Timber back wall at least 300 mm deep with a tensioned fabric graphic, black with lime-green line art; five LED panel lights; grey carpet |
In addition, each stand came with tables, chairs, a literature rack where specified, table flowers, sockets and the full electrical installation.
WANGYE Motorcycle: a lit truss frame over the scooters
WANGYE had the largest plot, open on two sides. For this reason, the design hangs everything from a silver aluminium truss portal: the fascia banners float above the aisle, and the 16 LED panels light the scooters from overhead, not from the side. Finally, the red counter sits on the corner of this EVS Mobility Expo stand, where visitors arrive.

HUAWIN: one long graphic wall that tells the story
HUAWIN wanted its story on the wall: an AEO-certified maker with more than 20 years’ experience. The printed back wall carries the logo, the factory and a motorcycle in a city street, so the message reads from the aisle. Meanwhile, in front, an L-shaped counter and five free-standing signs turn this 36 m² EVS Mobility Expo stand into a showroom.

ZHENGHAO: a black wall that makes white scooters glow
For its EVS Mobility Expo stand, ZHENGHAO’s brief was the simplest and the boldest: one deep black back wall with thin lime-green lines, lit hard from above. As a result, the white and pastel scooters stand out from the far end of the aisle. At 300 mm deep, the wall reads as a solid block, not a printed sheet.

How OFEC’s rules shaped each EVS Mobility Expo stand
The EVS Morocco 2026 exhibitor manual and the OFEC contractor form are strict. In fact, they explain how a one-day build of an EVS Mobility Expo stand is possible.
- Everything is made in the workshop. No wood-cutting machines and no carpentry are allowed inside OFEC; only assembly, installation, fitting and light finishing. So every wall, counter and panel arrived prefabricated and pre-finished from our workshop, ready to bolt together.
- No wet trades on site. Spray paint, oil paint and thinners are banned, and hot work needs a permit outside the hall. Our surfaces arrived painted and wrapped.
- Registration before access. Each stand needs a contractor registration form, filed with the organiser by 9 October, with a named site manager reachable for the whole build and dismantle. A contractor without it can be refused at the gate.
- Height and structure. The manual treats anything above 3.0 m, braced, double-deck or on a platform above 600 mm as a complex structure that needs prior approval, a risk assessment, a method statement and calculations. All three of our stands are 4 m high.
- The timetable. Build-up ran 24–25 October, 08:00–20:00, and 26 October, 08:00–13:00. Stands were handed to exhibitors at 13:00 on 26 October, the show opened 10:00–18:00 from 27 to 29 October, and dismantling ran from 18:00 on 29 October into 30 October.
Vehicles on an EVS Mobility Expo stand: the extra rules
A mobility show also adds rules that a pharma or food stand never meets. Vehicle batteries must be removed or isolated before the public arrives, drip trays go under anything that can leak, and fuel handling is not allowed in the hall. Floor loads above 1,000 kg/m² need approval and spreader plates. This is why finishing a day early mattered: the exhibitors could roll their vehicles in and set them up under these rules with no crews working around them.

The result: three EVS Mobility Expo stands, open on time
Every EVS Mobility Expo stand we built was finished on the first build day and handed over early. Consequently, the exhibitors used the next day to dress their stands at their own pace, and on 27 October the doors opened on three finished, lit stands.
