Planning dates for a custom CPHI Frankfurt 2027 stand

What a CPHI stand needs
- Meeting space first. CPHI is a deal-making show, so meeting rooms, closed or semi-open, usually come first in the brief
- Clear product messaging. APIs, excipients and services do not display like consumer goods; the walls carry the story through graphics and screens
- Upper-floor and multi-level halls. At Messe Frankfurt the number after the dot is the hall level, so 4.1 is the floor above 4.0. On an upper level every crate travels by goods lift, and we plan the build around lift slots. See our Messe Frankfurt stand builder page
- Several stands, one clock. When a group exhibits with more than one brand, one team builds every stand to the same schedule, as we did for nine stands at CPHI Milan 2026
