These CPHI Milan 2026 stands are our largest programme at a single show: nine projects, 633.75 m² in total, spread across six halls at Fiera Milano Rho. The smallest is 36 m² and the largest is a 108 m² island. Four of the nine sit on the first floor. This page follows the build as it happens, with real photographs taken on site on 1 and 2 October. Finished photographs of all nine follow after hand-over on 5 October.

In total, three of the nine are over 100 m². Halls 5 and 16 each hold more than one of our stands, and Hall 16 alone holds three. Moreover, every size and booth number above comes from the signed quotation for that stand.

Swiss Parenterals, Hall 14: the canopy goes up first

Of our CPHI Milan 2026 stands, Swiss Parenterals has the most open plan: 108 m², 12 by 9 metres and 4 metres high. Above it, a curved canopy defines the whole plan. So the canopy went up on day one, before the crew dressed any wall.

That order matters. The canopy sets every line beneath it, from the counter curve to the light strips in the ceiling. If it is out by a centimetre, everything after it shows the error. Our crew therefore fixed it first, at height, on slim columns.

The curved pieces arrived from our workshop already finished. As a result, nobody had to sand or paint a curve on the hall floor. Instead, the crew spent the day aligning, fixing and checking.

Symbiotec, Hall 5: two brands, one stand

Symbiotec Pharmalab has the tallest of the CPHI Milan 2026 stands. It covers 105 m² at booth 5F3, 15 by 7 metres, and reaches 6 metres. The stand also carries a second brand, Knovea, on its own corner.

First, we lit the fascia before the floor protection came off. A lit name tells the crew exactly where the line of the stand sits. It also lets the client see the brand in the hall days before opening.

Behind the fascia, the crew has framed the meeting rooms and panelled them in timber. They are closed rooms with real doors, because CPHI is a meetings show. After all, nobody discusses a supply agreement in an open lounge.

On the corner, the Knovea block also glows. The chairs are still wrapped, however. They stay wrapped until the floor is clean, so that nothing arrives scratched on opening day.

SP Accure Labs, Hall 18: light before everything else

Of the CPHI Milan 2026 stands upstairs, SP Accure Labs is the largest: 100 m² on the first floor of Hall 18. It measures 12.5 by 8 metres. Because Hall 18 sits above ground level, everything reaches it by vehicle ramp and goods lift. We planned every delivery around that one fact.

Here, the light went in first. First, the crew lit the backlit logo wall and the LED floor edge, before any graphic arrived. The reason is simple, too. Visitors will judge every finish under that light, so we set it before we judge anything else.

On day two, the curved display shelving went in with its lit shelves. Meanwhile, the crew assembled and wired the lighting truss at floor level, before it goes up. Wiring a truss on the ground is faster and safer than wiring it in the air.

Precise Biopharma, Hall 2: rigged before the walls are dressed

Among the CPHI Milan 2026 stands, Precise Biopharma has 78 m² at booth 2H21, 13 by 6 metres. The rig sits at 5 metres. For that reason, the truss had to hang from the hall roof before anyone dressed a wall.

Rigging comes first because it needs a clear floor below it. Once the walls are up, a lift cannot reach the points. So day one was truss and timber, and day two was walls and the floating header.

By the end of day two, the crew had closed the walls and fixed the header. Next comes the dressing: graphics, furniture and the final lighting focus.

Hall 16, first floor: Genohope, Olive Health and Medopharm

Three of the nine CPHI Milan 2026 stands share the first floor of Hall 16. First, Genohope has 58.5 m² at booth 16B59. Next, Olive Health has 52.25 m² at booth 16K17, a deep 5.5 by 9.5 metre plot. Finally, Medopharm has 36 m² at booth 16H51, 8 by 4.5 metres.

However, three stands on one upper floor also share one ramp and one goods lift. So we sequence their deliveries as a single plan rather than three separate ones. Olive Health and Medopharm are also designed with no rigging. Both are self-supporting, so neither needs a slot from the hall’s rigging service.

Sigachi Industries and Corona Remedies: Halls 1 and 5

In Hall 1, Sigachi Industries has 54 m² at booth 1F73, a long 12 by 4.5 metre plot. We also know this client well: we built the Sigachi stand at Vitafoods Europe in Barcelona in May 2025.

Meanwhile, Corona Remedies has 42 m² at booth 5F64, 10.5 by 4 metres, one of two CPHI Milan 2026 stands in the same hall as Symbiotec. In addition, the stand has a 4 metre structure, and a suspended circular banner hangs above it. As a result, Hall 5 carries two of our programmes at once, one built tall and one rigged.

Nine CPHI Milan 2026 stands, six halls, one clock

For example, one stand in one hall is a logistics problem you solve once. Nine stands in six halls become nine parallel builds with one clock. Also, each hall has its own delivery window. In addition, each crew works alone, because a fitter in Hall 2 cannot help one in Hall 18.

Several rules shaped the plan for the CPHI Milan 2026 stands from the start:

Our answer, therefore, is prefabrication. The components come from our own workshops in Milan and Casablanca, finished and packed in build order. The Milan workshop is twenty minutes from Rho. As a result, a change agreed on Tuesday can be cut on Wednesday and fitted on Thursday. Our own crew installs all the CPHI Milan 2026 stands, so each fitter can read a booth code and knows where it goes.

For more on two of these constraints, read our guides to exhibiting on an upper floor, rigging and suspended structures and the build-up schedule.

Why pharmaceutical stands are a particular discipline

CPHI is a meetings show, not a spectacle. Visitors come to discuss supply, licensing and manufacturing. The brief is therefore practical: private meeting rooms, storage that keeps samples out of sight, counters that work all day, and light that flatters product and people without glare. All nine CPHI Milan 2026 stands are built around that brief, from the 36 m² Medopharm stand to the 108 m² Swiss Parenterals island.

What comes next for these CPHI Milan 2026 stands

The crews hand over on 5 October, and the doors open on 6 October. After hand-over, we will add finished photographs of all nine stands to this page. Until then, these are the CPHI Milan 2026 stands as they really are this week: lit, rigged and days from opening.
