Two Modular Stands at Vitafoods Europe, Geneva
Two modular stands · 24 m² and 18 m² · Vitafoods Europe 2024, Geneva · 14–16 May 2024
Before Vitafoods Europe moved to Barcelona, the nutraceutical industry’s main European show was held in Geneva. At the 2024 edition we delivered two stands in the same hall, for two separate clients, using the same underlying approach: Sigachi on a 24 m² modular stand (design 3K251) and Accent Microcell on 18 m².
Why modular, and why here
Both clients are ingredient suppliers exhibiting on a recurring annual circuit. For that profile, a fully custom build every year is the wrong economics: the stand is used for three days, then scrapped, then designed again from zero twelve months later.
A modular system changes that. The frame, panels, counters and lighting are engineered to be dismantled, shipped and rebuilt. The graphics change; the structure does not. That is what design references like 3K251 exist for — a stand that can be specified, stored and re-deployed rather than reinvented.
Two clients, one hall, one crew
Running both stands in the same edition is the operational point. One crew, one freight movement, one set of hall passes and one install window covering 42 m² across two locations — the same logic that later let us deliver six stands at one Vitafoods edition in Barcelona and three at one CPHI Milan.
Geneva as a build location
Switzerland is expensive to build in, which strengthens the modular argument further: the more that arrives finished, the fewer hours are billed on a Swiss show floor. Palexpo is also a well-run venue with tight build discipline, so a system that assembles predictably is worth more than one that needs adjusting on site.
Why this one matters
It is our earliest documented Vitafoods edition — establishing the relationship with the show two years before the six-stand Barcelona edition — and it is direct evidence for the modular service rather than an assertion about it.
