What happens next. Send us the event, your stand size, the hall or booth number, and your design if you already have one. We return an itemised quotation covering construction, furniture, electrics, graphics, freight and installation, normally within a few working days. If you do not have a design yet, we produce a free 3D concept first and quote against it.
What the quotation includes. Every element is priced separately: stand structure and flooring, graphics production, furniture, lighting, AV and LED, freight and customs clearance, installation, on-site supervision and dismantling. Nothing appears as a surprise extra during build-up.
Who builds it. We fabricate in our own workshops in Milan and Casablanca and install with our own team, so the people who quote your stand are the people who build it. How long does a quotation take?
Normally a few working days from receiving the stand size and design. Complex multi-level or multi-country builds take longer because freight and venue approvals have to be priced accurately.
What is included in the quotation?

Do you charge for the 3D design?
