As a Paris Nord Villepinte stand builder, we have delivered stands for four shows at Villepinte and two at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, in six different industries. This page also covers those projects, the two venues, and what building in Paris involves.

Our Paris stands
Paris Nord Villepinte
- SIAL Paris 2022 — 55 m², food and beverage, at the world’s largest food innovation fair
- WNE 2023 — 36 m² for HEXAGON, Hall 7, the global show for the civil nuclear industry
- Maison&Objet 2024 — 24 m² for Morris Motley, Hall 4, interiors and lifestyle
- JEC World 2026 — 52 m² for Suncell, Hall 5 stand M02, composite materials
Paris Expo Porte de Versailles
- Paris Packaging Week — AGI Greenpac, packaging
- Fi Europe 2025 — 26 m² for Sudeep Pharma, booth 71S48, food ingredients
Six shows, six industries, two venues run by the same operator. On the surface, a nuclear-industry stand and a home-interiors stand share nothing. Nevertheless, the operator’s rules, the power timetable and the paperwork are the same at both sites, and that is where a Paris build is won or lost.
The venues
- Paris Nord Villepinte is the largest exhibition centre in France, with around 250,000 m² of exhibition space, between the city and Charles de Gaulle airport, with its own RER B station
- Paris Expo Porte de Versailles sits inside the city, in the south-west, and hosts many of the trade shows that want a central address instead
- Viparis operates both, so the technical rules, the service orders and the on-site procedures follow the same system

What building in Paris involves
The organisers’ set-up documents show how tightly Viparis schedules the Paris halls. For example, the JEC World 2026 schedule sets out:
- Early access depends on stand size. Raw-space stands above a certain area may start earlier free of charge, whereas smaller stands pay for the same extra time, so the size of the plot shapes the build plan
- Power follows a published timetable. The venue energises stands at set hours during build-up, which decides when the crew can test lighting and screens
- Cleaning during build-up is the builder’s job, not the venue’s, so we plan and staff waste removal too
- In addition, the builder orders the electrical box from the operator in advance for a raw-space stand, because it does not arrive automatically
Most documents arrive in French and English. However, in practice a contractor who reads the French version catches the details that the summary leaves out, such as exact delivery slots and the conditions attached to working late.
Planning a Paris build
- Confirm the venue first. Villepinte and Porte de Versailles sit on opposite sides of Paris, so crew hotels should be booked near the right one
- Check whether your plot size earns early access before you set the build schedule
- Order power and rigging through the operator early, because late orders cost more and the operator does not always accept them
- Prefabricate and ship complete. Our Milan workshop sends each stand by road as one shipment, and since France is inside the EU customs union, there is no border step
Frequently asked questions
Are you a Paris Nord Villepinte stand builder?
Yes. We have built at Villepinte for SIAL, WNE, Maison&Objet and JEC World, and at Porte de Versailles for Paris Packaging Week and Fi Europe.
Is building at Villepinte different from building at Porte de Versailles?
The rules are similar because Viparis runs both. However, logistics differ: Villepinte is out towards the airport, while Porte de Versailles is inside the city, with tighter access for trucks.
What size of stand have you built in Paris?
From 24 m² at Maison&Objet to 55 m² at SIAL. Elsewhere, meanwhile, our largest single stand reaches 228 m².
Need a stand builder in Paris?
Venue information is published by Viparis. Tell us the show, the hall and the stand size, and we will come back with a design and a build plan that already fits the operator’s timetable. Request a quotation, read about our work in France, or see every venue we have built in.
