Hall sizes vary widely, from small halls to some of the largest single halls in Germany, so the hall you are placed in shapes delivery, crane and forklift access and how long the build takes.
How we plan a stand in Düsseldorf
- Brief and design: stand number, size, hall plan, brand guidelines and products, then concept, 3D views and your approval.
- Organiser and venue paperwork: drawings and the forms in the exhibitor manual, including any structure over the standard height, rigging points and electrical orders.
- Workshop fabrication: the stand is built and test-assembled in our own workshop before it travels, so the build in the hall is assembly, not construction.
- Freight, build and dismantling: road freight from our Milan workshop into Germany, our own crew on site, then dismantling and return.
What to plan for at Messe Düsseldorf
- Show-specific rules: every fair publishes its own technical guidelines on stand height, double-deck structures and rigging. We check the manual for your show before design is final.
- Medical and PPE shows: at MEDICA, COMPAMED and A+A, product display and meeting space usually matter more than height; we design around demonstrations and storage.

Do you handle freight into Germany?
Yes. We ship by road from our workshop in Milan, so there is no customs declaration for stand materials within the EU. Exhibits coming from outside the EU need an ATA carnet or import documents.
Can you build a double-deck stand in Düsseldorf?
Where the show and hall allow it, yes. Double-deck stands need structural calculations and organiser approval, so they need the earliest brief.
