We design and build custom exhibition stands for the Deutsche Messe exhibition grounds in Hannover, one of the largest exhibition grounds in the world and home to HANNOVER MESSE, AGRITECHNICA, EuroTier and LIGNA. Every stand is built and test-assembled in our own workshop before it travels, and our own crew installs it.

The grounds are so large that the hall number decides everything: truck routes, distance from the gates and how long each delivery takes. We plan the build around the hall, not just the show.
How we plan a stand in Hannover
- Brief and design: stand number, size, hall plan, brand guidelines and products, then concept, 3D views and your approval.
- Organiser and venue paperwork: drawings and the forms in the exhibitor manual, including any structure over the standard height, rigging points and electrical orders.
- Workshop fabrication: the stand is built and test-assembled in our own workshop before it travels, so the build in the hall is assembly, not construction.
- Freight, build and dismantling: road freight from our Milan workshop into Germany, our own crew on site, then dismantling and return.
What to plan for at Hannover
- Distance on site: some halls are a long way from the main gates, so we schedule deliveries in build order and keep tools on the stand.
- Heavy exhibits: at HANNOVER MESSE, EMO, LIGNA and AGRITECHNICA, floor loads, machine access and crane times are agreed with the organiser before the design is final.
- Agriculture shows: EuroTier and AGRITECHNICA run every two years and draw huge crowds, so visibility from the aisle matters more than stand size; brief early.
