Fi Europe Frankfurt: three stands, three clients, one edition
The Fi Europe row above is not one project. It is three separate stands, for three separate clients, at the same edition — 86 m² of build inside a single Messe Frankfurt build-up window.

Three clients at one show is a different operation from one large stand. Three design approvals, three graphics runs, three sets of venue paperwork and three installation sequences — all landing in the same hall, in the same week, against the same build-up deadline. Nothing can slip, because a delay on one stand takes crew away from the other two.
It is also the clearest evidence of how the in-house model pays. A broker coordinating three subcontractors at one edition is managing three queues they do not control. These three stands came out of the same workshop, on one production schedule, and travelled on shared freight.
